Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with first-contact resolution rates exceeding 90%
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and propose actionable process improvements
- Mentor junior team members on communication techniques and product knowledge
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to escalate technical issues and feature requests
- Develop and maintain detailed customer documentation and knowledge base articles
- Contribute to quarterly service optimization initiatives
- Represent customer perspectives in cross-departmental strategy meetings
Qualifications
- 5+ years in customer service with 2+ years in senior or lead roles
- Proven experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with emotional intelligence
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into solutions
- Experience mentoring team members and driving service excellence
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
- Technical aptitude to troubleshoot software and hardware issues
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred
