Responsibilities
- Manage complex customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat) with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve escalated issues while maintaining high CSAT scores and first-contact resolution rates
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities to enhance customer journeys
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to share customer insights and drive innovation
- Maintain detailed documentation of interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
- Mentor junior team members on best practices and solution frameworks
- Analyze customer feedback trends to contribute to strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume customer service experience in a B2B environment
- Proven ability to de-escalate complex situations with emotional intelligence
- Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and ticketing systems
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with polished professionalism
- Data-driven approach with experience analyzing customer metrics
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred
