Responsibilities
- Handle complex customer inquiries via voice, chat, and email channels
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score with personalized solutions
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems within SLAs
- Escalate technical issues to Tier 2 support with detailed context
- Participate in monthly coaching sessions and performance reviews
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years BPO/customer service experience
- Excellent command of English (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- College degree or relevant vocational certification
