- Resolve complex customer inquiries through multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
- Develop and maintain deep product knowledge to provide expert solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service workflows

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of high-volume customer service experience

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
