Responsibilities
- Handle complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve escalated issues by collaborating with technical and product teams
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction metrics
- Maintain detailed documentation of interactions and resolutions in CRM systems
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions
- Train and mentor junior team members on best practices

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proven track record of maintaining high CSAT and FCR scores
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce or Zendesk)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven problem-solving mindset
- Certification in customer service excellence (preferred)
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
