Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple channels (voice, chat, email)
- Resolve complex technical and billing issues with empathy and efficiency
- Meet and exceed performance metrics including CSAT and first-contact resolution
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and identify improvement opportunities
- Mentor new team members and contribute to knowledge base updates
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for service quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer journeys
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service or call center experience
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence
- Proficient in CRM platforms and MS Office Suite
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- College degree or equivalent professional certification
- Experience with Salesforce or Zendesk preferred
