Responsibilities
- Manage complex customer inquiries via multiple channels (phone, email, chat) with 95%+ resolution rate
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies for high-value accounts
- Collaborate with product teams to identify service improvement opportunities
- Mentor junior specialists through peer coaching and knowledge sharing
- Analyze customer feedback to generate actionable insights for service enhancement
- Lead service recovery initiatives for escalated customer situations
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
- Participate in cross-departmental projects to optimize customer journeys
Qualifications
- 5+ years in customer service with 2+ years in senior/lead roles
- Proven experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Exceptional conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Experience developing customer training materials
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
- Certification in Customer Experience (CCXP) preferred
