Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Develop and maintain deep product knowledge to provide expert solutions
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to escalate critical issues
- Mentor junior team members through knowledge-sharing sessions
- Analyze customer feedback to drive service enhancements
- Maintain detailed documentation of interactions and resolutions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume customer service experience
- Proven track record in conflict resolution and de-escalation
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environments
- Associate degree or equivalent certification required
- Experience with Zendesk or similar support platforms
- Fluency in English and Spanish highly valued
