Responsibilities
- Handle complex customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat) with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve escalated issues while maintaining high satisfaction scores (>95%)
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve service processes
- Mentor junior specialists and contribute to knowledge base development
- Analyze customer feedback trends to identify improvement opportunities
- Proactively implement retention strategies for at-risk accounts
Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer service experience in B2B or SaaS environments
- Proven track record of exceeding customer satisfaction targets
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in cross-functional teams
