Responsibilities
- Handle complex customer inquiries across multiple channels (voice, chat, email) with exceptional professionalism
- Mentor junior agents and contribute to continuous improvement of service protocols
- Utilize CRM systems to document interactions and maintain accurate customer records
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions for operational excellence
- Meet or exceed key performance metrics including CSAT, FCR, and AHT targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated customer issues
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in a BPO or call center environment
- Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with empathy and composure
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience in mentoring or training preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- College degree in Business, Communications, or related field advantageous
