Responsibilities
- Manage complex customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat) with 95%+ resolution rate
- Develop and implement proactive retention strategies for high-value accounts
- Collaborate with product teams to identify service improvement opportunities
- Mentor junior specialists through knowledge-sharing sessions and shadowing
- Analyze customer feedback trends to inform service enhancement initiatives
- Lead VIP client onboarding programs ensuring seamless experience
- Contribute to service documentation and SOP updates
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive customer experience or support leadership experience
- Proven expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional conflict resolution and de-escalation abilities
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Experience developing customer retention programs
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations with composure
- Proficiency in multilingual customer support (Spanish/English required)
- Industry certification in Customer Service Excellence (preferred)
