Responsibilities
- Manage complex customer inquiries across multiple channels (voice, chat, email)
- Resolve escalated issues with empathy and efficiency while maintaining SLA compliance
- Mentor junior agents on best practices and product knowledge
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance customer journeys
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve systemic issues
- Generate detailed performance reports and actionable insights
- Uphold brand voice standards during all client interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years BPO/CX experience with proven track record in high-volume environments
- Fluency in English and Tagalog with neutral accent
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and Zendesk platforms
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with data-driven approach
- Industry certifications in customer service (e.g., CCXP preferred)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, metrics-driven culture
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
