- Handle complex customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email channels
- Resolve escalated issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction metrics
- Identify opportunities for service enhancement

Qualifications
- College graduate (any discipline)
- 2+ years BPO/call center experience
- Fluent English with neutral accent
- Advanced problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Salesforce or Zendesk
- Willingness to work night shifts
- Valid NBI clearance
- Proven conflict resolution skills
