Responsibilities
- Handle complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Exceed performance metrics in resolution rates, CSAT scores, and call quality
- Mentor junior agents and contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Utilize CRM tools to document interactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume call center or BPO environment
- Fluency in English and Tagalog with clear, professional communication
- Proven ability to handle difficult customers with empathy and patience
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent typing skills (40+ WPM) and multitasking ability
- Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent professional certification
