Qualifications
- 3+ years in high-volume customer service leadership role
- Advanced proficiency in Zendesk/Salesforce CRM platforms
- Exceptional conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Proven ability to thrive in metrics-driven environments
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Experience with customer journey mapping methodologies
- Relevant certification (e.g., CCXP, CSM) a plus
