Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat) with 95%+ resolution rate
- Develop and maintain detailed knowledge bases for product/service troubleshooting
- Analyze customer feedback to identify systemic issues and recommend process enhancements
- Collaborate with product teams to translate customer insights into actionable improvements
- Mentor junior specialists through peer review sessions and shadowing opportunities
- Contribute to quarterly customer satisfaction reporting and strategic planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of customer service experience with SaaS or technology products
- Proven track record of exceeding customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT >90%)
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce) and helpdesk software (Zendesk)
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills with ability to de-escalate high-stakes situations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret customer data and trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred
