Responsibilities
- Own complex customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social media) with first-contact resolution focus
- Develop and maintain deep product expertise to provide sophisticated technical support
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and implement customer-centric solutions
- Mentor junior team members through knowledge sharing and best practices
- Analyze customer feedback trends to drive strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with product teams to represent customer voice in feature development
Qualifications
- 5+ years in customer service with 2+ years in senior or lead roles
- Proven expertise in conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Certificate in Customer Experience Management or related field
- Experience with SaaS or tech industry support highly desirable
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) certification a significant plus
