Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end resolution for complex customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social)
- Develop and implement proactive retention strategies for high-value accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve systemic service gaps
- Train and mentor junior specialists on advanced troubleshooting techniques
- Analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements and process optimizations
- Maintain detailed documentation of solutions and knowledge base articles
- Monitor key metrics (CSAT, FCR, NPS) and recommend actionable improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B customer experience or technical support experience
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce) and helpdesk systems (Zendesk)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with emotional intelligence
- Proven ability to de-escalate complex situations and build customer trust
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing customer metrics
- Proficiency in troubleshooting software and technical issues
- Experience mentoring team members and knowledge sharing
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred
