Responsibilities
- Deliver empathetic, multi-channel support (phone, email, chat) for enterprise clients
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and propose actionable solutions
- Collaborate with Product teams to resolve technical escalations and feature requests
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge base documentation
- Mentor new hires on company values and service standards
- Contribute to quarterly service improvement initiatives
- Exceed monthly KPIs for CSAT (95%+), FCR (85%+), and AHT targets
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise-level customer support experience
- Proven expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zendesk)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to de-escalate complex technical scenarios
- Data-driven approach to problem-solving
- Industry certification in Customer Experience (CX) preferred
- Proficiency in Spanish or French a significant plus
- Experience with SaaS products or cloud technologies
