- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of company products and service protocols
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement customer-centric solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate unresolved issues effectively
- Document detailed case histories and provide actionable feedback to product teams
- Mentor junior specialists and contribute to team training initiatives
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement retention strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of high-volume customer service experience in B2B technology sector
- Proven track record in conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
- Advanced proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and helpdesk tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with multilingual capabilities a plus
- Ability to analyze customer data and derive actionable insights
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
- Relevant certification in Customer Experience or Service Design preferred
