Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve complex issues using CRM tools and knowledge bases
- Meet/exceed KPIs for resolution rates and customer satisfaction (CSAT)
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate unresolved cases
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and Zendesk systems
- Mentor junior agents on best practices and compliance standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years in high-volume call center or BPO environment
- Fluent English with neutral accent (written & verbal)
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work night shifts and rotating schedules
- College degree or equivalent vocational certification
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening
