  • Manage high-volume inbound/outbound customer interactions across multiple channels (voice, email, chat)
  • Resolve complex customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency while maintaining service excellence metrics
  • Document interactions and identify process improvement opportunities using CRM systems
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to quality assurance initiatives
