Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound/outbound customer interactions across multiple channels (voice, email, chat)
- Resolve complex customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency while maintaining service excellence metrics
- Document interactions and identify process improvement opportunities using CRM systems
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to quality assurance initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including first-call resolution and customer satisfaction scores
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume call center or BPO environment
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English and Tagalog
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Certification in customer service or related field preferred
- Experience in healthcare or financial services industries highly desirable
