Responsibilities
- Deliver empathetic, multi-channel support (phone, email, chat) to resolve complex customer inquiries within SLA
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and propose service improvements
- Collaborate with product teams to escalate technical issues and enhance user experience
- Maintain detailed customer records in Salesforce and generate performance reports
- Mentor junior specialists and conduct quality assurance reviews
- Develop proactive outreach strategies for high-value client segments
- Contribute to knowledge base documentation and training materials
Qualifications
- 5+ years in customer service with 2+ years in senior/lead roles
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and helpdesk software
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to de-escalate sensitive situations
- Experience with quality assurance frameworks and performance metrics
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting customer data trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
- Technical aptitude to troubleshoot software/hardware issues
- Experience mentoring customer service teams
