- Identify process improvement opportunities through root-cause analysis of customer feedback
- Mentor junior team members on advanced conflict resolution techniques
- Collaborate with Product teams to deliver actionable insights from customer interactions
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction scores while meeting SLA targets
- Develop personalized solutions for high-value client retention scenarios
Qualifications
- 5+ years in customer service with 2+ years handling escalations
- Proficiency in Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Proven ability to de-escalate emotionally charged situations
- Experience mapping customer journeys and identifying friction points
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze qualitative feedback and generate reports
- Relevant certification (e.g., CCXP, CSM) preferred
