Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat) with exceptional speed and accuracy
- Proactively identify and escalate systemic issues to product teams to enhance overall service quality
- Maintain detailed customer records in Salesforce while ensuring data integrity and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customer-centric process improvements
- Mentor junior specialists through knowledge sharing and performance feedback
- Analyze customer feedback trends to inform strategic service enhancements
- Meet and exceed key performance metrics including CSAT, FCR, and resolution time
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in high-volume customer service or support roles
- Proven expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and helpdesk tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with emotional intelligence
- Strong analytical abilities to diagnose root causes of customer issues
- Certification in customer service management or related field is a plus
- Ability to remain calm and solution-focused during high-pressure situations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools
