Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer service with proven track record in complex issue resolution
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and Zendesk platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Certification in conflict resolution or customer experience management preferred
- Experience working with SaaS or technology products
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation experience
- Fluency in English; bilingual Spanish a plus
