- Develop personalized solutions for high-priority accounts using Salesforce and Zendesk
- Train junior team members on best practices in de-escalation techniques
- Analyze customer feedback to identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to communicate client insights
- Maintain detailed case documentation with 100% accuracy
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B customer service experience in SaaS or tech
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Zendesk, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certification in conflict resolution or customer experience (preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environments
- Spanish fluency (highly desirable)
