Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Develop and implement proactive retention strategies for at-risk accounts
- Analyze customer feedback to identify service improvement opportunities
- Train and mentor junior team members on best practices
- Collaborate with product teams to escalate critical issues
- Maintain detailed CRM records with 100% accuracy
- Contribute to quarterly service optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years in high-volume customer service or support role
- Proven conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Advanced proficiency in Zendesk and Salesforce CRM
- Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- Data analysis experience with customer metrics
- Industry certification in customer experience (CXCP or similar)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, remote environment
