Qualifications
- 5+ years in customer service with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in Zendesk and Salesforce CRM platforms
- Proven track record of reducing churn by 20%+
- Exceptional conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Ability to maintain composure under high-pressure situations
- Fluency in English and Spanish (preferred)
- Customer Service Certification (e.g., CCXP) a plus
- Experience with B2B SaaS industry preferred
