- Develop and implement personalized solutions for escalated customer issues
- Collaborate with product teams to identify and address systemic service gaps
- Mentor junior staff on best practices in emotional intelligence and de-escalation techniques
- Analyze customer feedback trends to propose service improvements
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions

Qualifications
- 5+ years in customer service with 2+ years in senior/lead roles
- Proven expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and analytics tools
- Certification in Customer Experience Management (CXM) preferred
- Exceptional conflict resolution and emotional intelligence skills
- Experience developing SOPs and training materials for customer teams
- Ability to analyze customer data and derive actionable insights
