Qualifications
- 5+ years in customer-facing roles with B2B/B2C experience
- Expertise in Zendesk/Salesforce CRM platforms
- Certification in Customer Service Excellence (preferred)
- Advanced conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Proficiency in multilingual communication (Spanish/English required)
- Data analysis experience with service metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
