Responsibilities
- Manage complex customer inquiries across multiple channels (voice, chat, email) with 98% first-contact resolution rate
- Mentor junior agents through performance coaching and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Implement continuous improvement strategies using customer feedback analytics
- Execute quality assurance protocols and contribute to process optimization initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues efficiently
- Maintain strict compliance with data security protocols and industry regulations
- Develop personalized solutions for high-value client accounts
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in BPO/customer service with proven leadership experience
- Expertise in Salesforce, Zendesk, or enterprise-level CRM platforms
- Fluent English with neutral accent and exceptional communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in performance metrics interpretation
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCXP, Six Sigma Green Belt) preferred
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- College degree in Business, Communications, or related field
