Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and speed.
- Analyze complex customer inquiries and provide accurate, timely resolutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk) to log interactions and update customer profiles.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to revenue goals.
- Adhere to company scripts and quality assurance standards to maintain high service levels.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate management tier while keeping the customer informed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a BPO or Customer Service environment.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written) with a neutral accent.
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 40 wpm) and computer literacy.
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
