Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end production process from initial concept and storyboarding to final delivery.
- Direct on-set talent and crew, ensuring all visual elements align with the creative vision and brand standards.
- Oversee advanced post-production workflows, including high-end color grading and complex sound design.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative directors to translate business objectives into compelling visual narratives.
- Manage production budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for multiple concurrent projects.
- Mentor junior editors and production assistants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and creative growth.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to integrate cutting-edge visual effects and techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in video production or a high-end creative agency.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and DaVinci Resolve.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality commercial, narrative, or documentary content.
- Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting, and audio recording techniques.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- A stunning portfolio or reel demonstrating mastery of rhythm, pacing, and visual storytelling.
