Prism Cinematic Studios is seeking a visionary Senior Creative Video Producer to join our award-winning production team in the heart of Los Angeles. In this role, you will be the driving force behind high-impact commercial campaigns, digital content, and brand documentaries. We are looking for a storyteller who balances technical precision with high-level creative direction to deliver world-class visual experiences.
As a leader within our creative department, you will oversee the entire production lifecycle—from initial concept and scriptwriting to final color grade and delivery. You will collaborate with elite cinematographers, editors, and brand strategists to push the boundaries of modern digital cinema.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end production for high-budget commercial and corporate video projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define creative vision, tone, and messaging for diverse campaigns.
- Supervise on-set crews, including camera operators, lighting technicians, and sound engineers.
- Manage post-production workflows, providing critical feedback on editing, motion graphics, and sound design.
- Direct talent and voice-over artists to ensure performances align with brand objectives.
- Maintain project timelines and budgets, ensuring seamless delivery across multiple platforms.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our output at the cutting edge.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in video production or a creative agency environment.
- Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
- Proven track record of directing high-end commercial content with a strong digital portfolio.
- Deep understanding of cinematography, lighting setups, and advanced audio recording techniques.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary creative teams.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to present complex creative concepts to clients.
- Experience with high-end cinema camera systems (RED, ARRI, Sony Venice).
