Responsibilities
- Lead the full production lifecycle from conceptual ideation and storyboarding to final delivery and distribution.
- Direct high-budget commercial shoots, managing multi-disciplinary crews and on-camera talent.
- Oversee post-production workflows, including color grading, sound design, and advanced motion graphics integration.
- Manage project budgets ranging from $50k to $500k, ensuring maximum production value and resource efficiency.
- Foster high-level client relationships, acting as the primary creative consultant for brand campaigns.
- Mentor junior producers and editors to maintain a culture of continuous learning and creative growth.
- Stay at the forefront of AI-driven production tools and emerging cinematography technology.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in high-end video production, preferably within a creative agency or studio.
- Expert-level mastery of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, specifically Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Extensive portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of styles, from commercial storytelling to documentary-style branded content.
- Strong technical knowledge of cinema camera systems (RED, ARRI, Sony Venice) and lighting setups.
- Proven ability to manage complex production schedules under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and pitch skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts to executive stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or an equivalent body of professional work.
