Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end post-production process for high-budget commercial and narrative projects from assembly to final delivery.
- Collaborate directly with Creative Directors and Producers to translate conceptual briefs into compelling visual stories.
- Execute advanced color grading and precision sound design to ensure cinema-quality output across all platforms.
- Develop dynamic motion graphics and seamless visual effects using After Effects to elevate production value.
- Supervise the organization and archiving of massive raw footage libraries, maintaining a streamlined workflow for the creative team.
- Mentor junior editors, providing constructive feedback and ensuring brand consistency across all video assets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of professional video editing experience within a top-tier creative agency or production house.
- Expert-level mastery of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- A stunning portfolio or demo reel showcasing a sophisticated sense of pacing, rhythm, and narrative structure.
- Advanced proficiency in DaVinci Resolve for professional-grade color correction and finishing.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously under rigorous deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate and defend creative decisions to internal and external stakeholders.
