Responsibilities

- Design high-fidelity motion graphics and interactive video assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including copywriters and developers.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive brand style guides for our portfolio of clients.
- Manage end-to-end production pipelines from concept ideation to final render.
- Provide mentorship and design feedback to junior creatives.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging design trends and production technologies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an agency or high-growth creative environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- A robust portfolio demonstrating mastery in motion design and visual storytelling.
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
- Experience with 3D modeling tools (Cinema 4D or Blender) is highly preferred.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaborative problem-solving abilities.
