Responsibilities
- Lead the creative direction and visual identity for multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Design high-end motion graphics, digital assets, and interactive media for diverse client portfolios.
- Collaborate with copywriters and marketing strategists to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback during the creative review process.
- Manage end-to-end production workflows, from initial concept sketches to final file delivery.
- Stay at the forefront of design trends, software, and emerging media technologies.
- Present creative concepts to stakeholders with confidence and strategic clarity.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a professional design or creative agency setting.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- A high-caliber portfolio demonstrating expertise in motion design and digital layout.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related creative discipline.
- Experience in 3D modeling or UI/UX design is considered a significant advantage.
