Responsibilities
- Oversee entire project lifecycle from pre-construction planning through final handover
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams to ensure project milestones
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
- Control project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to resolve technical issues
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments
- Lead project documentation including RFI's, submittals, and as-built drawings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of progressive construction management experience
- Proven track record managing commercial/residential projects over $10M
- Strong proficiency in project management software (Procore, Primavera)
- OSHA 30-hour certification and LEED AP accreditation preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Texas Professional Engineer (PE) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) license
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
