Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle from conception and design to final handover.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company quality control policies.
- Coordinate closely with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and clients to resolve on-site issues.
- Conduct regular site inspections and lead weekly progress meetings.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies effectively.
- Manage change orders and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Valid PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to stakeholders.
- Valid California Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
