Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of commercial construction projects valued at $25M+, from pre-construction planning to final closeout.
  • Directly manage multi-disciplinary teams, including subcontractors, vendors, and engineering consultants, to ensure seamless execution.
  • Develop and maintain rigorous project schedules using advanced CPM software to mitigate delays.
  • Oversee financial health by managing budgets, forecasting costs, and negotiating high-value contracts.
  • Implement and champion a culture of safety, ensuring 100% compliance with OSHA and corporate safety standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing transparent and data-driven project updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in commercial or industrial construction management.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project/Primavera P6.
  • Deep knowledge of Texas building codes, permitting processes, and LEED certification standards.
  • Exceptional negotiation and conflict-resolution skills with a focus on win-win outcomes.
  • Active PMP or CCM certification is strongly preferred.
