Responsibilities
- Design scalable, secure cloud architectures on AWS/Azure for enterprise clients
- Lead migration strategies for legacy on-premise systems to cloud-native environments
- Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform/CloudFormation
- Conduct cost optimization reviews and implement FinOps best practices
- Mentor junior architects and conduct technical workshops
- Present architectural blueprints to C-level stakeholders
- Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and certifications
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cloud architecture with 5+ years in AWS/Azure
- Expert-level certification (AWS/Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Solutions Architect Expert)
- Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless technologies
- Strong background in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions)
- Experience with security frameworks (CIS, HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent presentation skills with executive stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
