Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure solutions using Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Lead migration strategies for legacy systems to cloud-native environments
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical requirements and roadmaps
- Conduct security assessments and ensure compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 standards
- Present solution architectures to C-level stakeholders and technical teams
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and architecture reviews
- Optimize cloud spending through FinOps practices and resource monitoring
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture with 3+ years in a lead role
- Expert certification in AWS/Azure/GCP (Solutions Architect or equivalent)
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong background in container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven design
- Demonstrable success in leading complex cloud migration projects
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
