Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/GCP/Azure infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Lead Kubernetes cluster deployments and optimize container orchestration for high-traffic environments
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI for automated testing and deployment
- Conduct performance tuning and cost optimization for cloud resources across multi-cloud environments
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement security best practices and compliance frameworks
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architecture planning sessions
- Document infrastructure blueprints and create runbooks for incident response protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering with AWS/GCP/Azure certifications
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration at enterprise scale
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation)
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Go, or Bash for automation solutions
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience
- Demonstrated ability to optimize cloud costs while maintaining performance SLAs
- Excellent problem-solving skills with experience in high-availability environments
