Responsibilities
- Lead Model Development: Design, train, and deploy end-to-end machine learning and deep learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and guide a squad of data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Data Strategy: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and integrate data science solutions into the software lifecycle.
- Algorithm Optimization: Continuously research and implement cutting-edge algorithms to improve model accuracy, scalability, and performance.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical findings into clear, compelling insights for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the data infrastructure, ensuring data integrity, security, and efficient pipeline processing using cloud technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn) and SQL. Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Hadoop) is highly preferred.
- Deep Learning: Strong background in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong verbal/written communication skills.
