Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/GCP infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Lead container orchestration projects with Kubernetes and EKS/GKE
- Optimize cloud spend through FinOps practices and architecture reviews
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI and ArgoCD
- Conduct security audits and compliance assessments (SOC2, HIPAA)
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical interviews
- Collaborate with DevOps and SRE teams to improve system reliability
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cloud infrastructure experience with AWS/GCP
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong background in CI/CD pipeline development
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
