Responsibilities
- Design and maintain robust, scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and CloudFormation to automate deployments.
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines to accelerate development velocity and improve software reliability.
- Proactively monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and resolve cloud-related incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional software engineering teams to ensure secure, scalable architecture patterns.
- Implement and oversee cost-optimization strategies for cloud resource utilization.
- Maintain high security standards through continuous monitoring and compliance audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Cloud Engineering or DevOps roles.
- Deep expertise in AWS or GCP services (EC2, VPC, EKS, RDS, Cloud Storage).
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, or Go).
- Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven experience managing Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) in a production environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
