Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP using Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Optimize system performance through proactive monitoring, logging, and observability solutions
- Lead migration strategies for legacy systems to modern cloud-native architectures
- Design and enforce security/compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001) across cloud environments
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews to maintain engineering excellence
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into robust infrastructure solutions
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure with 3+ years in AWS/GCP environments
- Expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong background in Linux systems administration and network architecture
- Proven track record of designing high-availability systems with 99.9%+ uptime
- Certifications (AWS/GCP Certified Solutions Architect, CKAD) preferred
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and infrastructure monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
