Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, secure cloud infrastructure using AWS/GCP services
- Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation
- Optimize cloud costs and performance through continuous monitoring and automation
- Lead disaster recovery planning and incident response for critical systems
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architecture workshops
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines
- Contribute to cloud security policies and compliance frameworks
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and DevOps
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Go, or Java)
- Advanced certification in AWS or GCP solutions architecture
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Demonstrated success in designing multi-region, high-availability systems
- Proven track record of cost optimization in cloud environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills and architectural vision
